Ablackpanda has made an effort to ensure that all item descriptions are as accurate as possible.
For preorders, Images and measurements are provided by the supplier, and Ablackpanda will NOT be held responsible if the measurements or the colors are a little off.
Prices are non-negotiable and are subjected to change without notice.
Payment Details
An invoice will be sent to you within 24hours after you have sent in the order form.
Payment is to be made to POSB Savings 063-52382-8 within 24hours after the invoice has been sent to you.
After you have made payment, do inform us by sending an email to yingzylim@gmail.com, with the following format.
Subject: #Name Entered For Order From (Payment Made)
If via ATM transfers, please attach a clear snapshot of the receipt to the email.
If via ibanking, please include your ibanking nickname, date & time of transfer, and reference number.

Orders will be deleted if payment has not been made within 24hours, unless an agreement has been made between Ablackpanda and the buyer.
Updates will be sent to you regarding your order, and when we have mailed out your item(s).
Delivery Methods
Normal Postage
- $1.50 + $0.50 for every subsequent item.
- Package will be delivered to your mailbox by Singpost, no tracking is available.
- Ablackpanda will not be liable for missing parcels via normal mail. Thus, we highly encourage our customers to opt for Registered Postage. Registered Postage- $3.50 + $1 for every subsequent item.
- Package will be delivered to your doorstep, package status can be tracked via singpost website.
- A delivery advice will be left on your doorstep if you missed the postman delivery. You can collect your item together with your NRIC and delivery advice at the post office stated after 1 working day
A return address will be written at the back of every parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to the wrong address given by you, we will email buyer for the correct address and post out again, but buyer will need to bear the delivery cost. A flat fee of $2 will be imposed for 2nd time local delivery via normal mail and $4.00 for registered mail. This is to cover our administration fee for redelivery of returned mail.

Ablackpanda does not do refunds in any cases of a customer backing out.
Returns and refunds will only be accepted if there are any defects on the items upon receiving. However,Ablackpanda will make an effort to check and ensure that all items are in 100% good condition before mailing them out.
If you have received an item with a defect, please send an email with a clear picture of the defected product to yingzylim@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the product(s). Defected goods must be returned within 3 days from the date you email us about the defects. Email us once you mailed out the defected piece.

We will NOT REFUND if item is not returned within 3 days after emailing us. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will issue a bank transfer of the refund amount only when the merchandise is in original packaging and in brand new condition. An email will be sent to you upon completion of refund.
